On the menu:

We will start by preparing classic French mini tarts with buttery shortcrust pastry, filled with a fragrant mixture of eggs, cream, bacon, and cheese. Children and parents will learn the secrets of perfect dough and discover how to decorate their mini quiches beautifully with herbs and colorful vegetables.

A dish full of color and vitamins! Together, we will cook gently stewed vegetables — zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, and tomatoes — and serve them in crispy, edible pastry cups. Along the way, we’ll share the story of ratatouille and explain why it has become a symbol of healthy, homemade cooking in France.

For dessert, we’ll create a touch of culinary magic! We will make thin, delicate crêpes, drizzled with warm, buttery sauce flavored with caramelized orange zest. To finish, the instructor will perform a spectacular flambé show that will delight both kids and adults!

The workshop will take place at Cook Story, located at 1 Franciszka Klimczaka Street in Warsaw.
PAID parking is available on level -1. IMPORTANT: DO NOT EXCEED 5 HOURS.
You will receive printed recipes on-site, which you can take home afterward!
Please bring your own takeaway containers — you can pack up anything you’re unable to finish during the workshop.
